2. Now Download Lineage OS ROM and GApps From Below Links
3. Copy it to your phone memory
4. Boot your device into TWRP Recovery Mode
5. Wipe System/ Data/ Dalvik/ Cache
6. Flash the Downloaded Files and Reboot
